Our designer's will utilize the fresh flowers we have in stock to create something beautiful. Any special requests such as color scheme, or container type (basket, vase or ceramic) can be specified in the special instructions. On major floral holidays we begin operating on an open-order basis as specific blooms begin to sell out. Photo by Adrienn.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My sisters and I wanted to surprise my mom with something since we can't be there with her for Mother's Day this year (yay, quarantine). We did the designers choice arrangement from Lucille's and it was absolutely beautiful. My mom loved it! Highly recommend.
